1. Introduction

Welcome to Golf Pro-Me. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Golf Pro-Me platform ("Platform"), operated by TheKKaeb ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What Golf Pro-Me Is

Golf Pro-Me is an online marketplace that connects golf students ("Students" or "Members") with independent golf instructors ("Pros"). We provide a platform for Pros to list their services and for Students to discover, communicate with, and book lessons with Pros. We also organize and host golf events that users can participate in.

3. What Golf Pro-Me Is NOT

• We are NOT an employer of Pros. Pros are independent contractors.
• We do NOT provide golf instruction ourselves.
• We do NOT guarantee the quality, safety, or outcomes of any lessons or activities.
• We do NOT process payments between Students and Pros for private lessons.
• We do NOT provide refunds for private lessons arranged through the Platform.

4. Payment Processing

For Private Lessons:

All payments for private lessons between Students and Pros are handled directly between those parties. Golf Pro-Me does not process, collect, or manage these payments.

For Events:

Golf Pro-Me may charge fees for participation in certain events organized through the Platform. Event payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making an event payment, you agree to:

• PayPal's Terms of Service and User Agreement
• Our Event Payment & Refund Policy
• The specific terms and conditions of the event

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

6. User Responsibilities

For Students:

• Communicate respectfully with Pros
• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• Pay Pros directly as agreed upon for private lessons
• Complete event payments through the Platform before the event
• Follow all safety guidelines during activities
• Report any concerns or issues to us

For Pros:

• Maintain accurate profile information
• Provide professional and safe instruction
• Honor scheduled appointments
• Handle all payments and refunds directly with Students for private lessons
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform to avoid fees or terms
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform
• Initiate fraudulent payment chargebacks

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLF PRO-ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golf Pro-Me and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
