Student Code of Conduct
Expected behavior, communication, and safety responsibilities
Respect and Professionalism
- Treat all Pros with respect and courtesy
- Communicate professionally through the Platform
- Honor your commitments and appointments
- Be patient and receptive during lessons
Punctuality and Attendance
- Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
- Notify your Pro as soon as possible if you're running late
- Follow the Pro's cancellation policy for any changes
- Be prepared and ready to start at the scheduled time
Communication
- Keep all communications appropriate and professional
- Respond to messages from Pros in a timely manner
- Ask questions and communicate your goals clearly
- Provide constructive feedback after lessons
Safety
- Follow all safety instructions from your Pro
- Inform your Pro of any physical limitations or health concerns
- Wear appropriate golf attire and footwear
- Use equipment safely and as directed
- Be aware of your surroundings on the golf course
Payment Responsibilities
- Understand and agree to payment terms before booking
- Pay promptly according to the agreed terms
- Address any payment issues directly with your Pro
Prohibited Behavior
Students must NOT:
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
- Use offensive or inappropriate language
- Attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Damage equipment or property
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Share Pro's personal information without consent
Consequences
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform, at Golf Pro-Me's discretion.
