Student Code of Conduct

Expected behavior, communication, and safety responsibilities

Respect and Professionalism

  • Treat all Pros with respect and courtesy
  • Communicate professionally through the Platform
  • Honor your commitments and appointments
  • Be patient and receptive during lessons

Punctuality and Attendance

  • Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
  • Notify your Pro as soon as possible if you're running late
  • Follow the Pro's cancellation policy for any changes
  • Be prepared and ready to start at the scheduled time

Communication

  • Keep all communications appropriate and professional
  • Respond to messages from Pros in a timely manner
  • Ask questions and communicate your goals clearly
  • Provide constructive feedback after lessons

Safety

  • Follow all safety instructions from your Pro
  • Inform your Pro of any physical limitations or health concerns
  • Wear appropriate golf attire and footwear
  • Use equipment safely and as directed
  • Be aware of your surroundings on the golf course

Payment Responsibilities

  • Understand and agree to payment terms before booking
  • Pay promptly according to the agreed terms
  • Address any payment issues directly with your Pro

Prohibited Behavior

Students must NOT:

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
  • Use offensive or inappropriate language
  • Attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Damage equipment or property
  • Engage in any illegal activities
  • Share Pro's personal information without consent

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform, at Golf Pro-Me's discretion.
