• Dress appropriately for golf instruction
• Be punctual for all scheduled lessons
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with Students
• Represent yourself honestly in your profile

Quality of Instruction

• Provide safe, competent instruction
• Tailor lessons to Student skill levels and goals
• Stay current with teaching methods and techniques
• Maintain any required certifications
• Provide a positive learning environment

Safety First

• Prioritize Student safety in all activities
• Assess conditions and cancel if unsafe (weather, course conditions)
• Ensure proper warm-up before physical activity
• Teach proper equipment handling
• Be aware of other golfers and maintain safe distances
• Have a plan for emergencies

Communication Standards

• Respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours
• Provide clear information about lessons, pricing, and policies
• Notify Students promptly of any schedule changes
• Keep all communications professional and appropriate
• Use the Platform's messaging system for initial communications

Reliability

• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Keep your availability calendar up to date
• Follow through on your stated policies
• Be consistent in your service quality

Boundaries

• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Avoid conflicts of interest
• Respect Student privacy
• Do not share Student information without consent

Prohibited Behavior

Pros must NOT:

• Provide instruction while impaired
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• Misrepresent qualifications or experience
• Engage in inappropriate relationships with Students
• Use offensive or inappropriate language
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from Golf Pro-Me. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
