Pro Independent Contractor Terms

1. Independent Contractor Status

As a Pro on Golf Pro-Me, you are an independent contractor, NOT an employee of Golf Pro-Me or TheKKaeb. You are responsible for:

• Your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining any required certifications or licenses
• Providing your own equipment and materials

2. Profile Requirements

Pros must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in their profile
• Keep their profile information up to date
• Only claim certifications and credentials they actually hold
• Use appropriate photos and content that represent themselves professionally

3. Service Standards

Pros agree to:

• Provide professional, safe, and quality instruction
• Honor all confirmed bookings and appointments
• Communicate promptly with Students
• Treat all Students with respect and courtesy
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries

4. Availability and Scheduling

Pros are responsible for managing their own availability and schedule. This includes:

• Setting accurate availability on the Platform
• Responding to booking requests in a timely manner
• Notifying Students promptly of any schedule changes
• Honoring their stated cancellation policies

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are handled directly between Pros and Students. Pros are responsible for:

• Setting their own rates and fees
• Collecting payments from Students
• Handling any refunds or disputes
• Reporting and paying applicable taxes

6. Insurance and Liability

Pros are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate liability insurance. Golf Pro-Me does not provide insurance coverage for Pros or their activities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Pros may not:

• Misrepresent their qualifications or experience
• Engage in harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Provide instruction while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's terms

8. Account Suspension

Golf Pro-Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Pro account that violates these terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to the Platform or its users.

9. Indemnification

Pros agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Pro-Me from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or provision of services.
