Payment & Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 10, 2025

Golf Pro-Me has two different payment models: direct payments for private lessons and platform-processed payments for events.

Part 1: Private Lesson Payments

1.1 Direct Payment Between Parties

All payments for private lessons are arranged directly between Students and Pros. Golf Pro-Me does NOT:

  • Process payments for private lessons
  • Hold funds in escrow for lessons
  • Act as a payment intermediary for lesson fees
  • Collect fees from lesson transactions

1.2 Lesson Refunds

Because Golf Pro-Me does not handle lesson payments:

  • We cannot process refunds for lessons
  • We cannot mediate payment disputes for lessons
  • Students should contact Pros directly regarding refunds
  • Pros set their own cancellation and refund policies

Part 2: Event Payments

Event payments are processed securely through PayPal.

2.1 How Event Payments Work

For paid events organized through Golf Pro-Me:

  • Event fees are displayed on the event page
  • Payment is required to confirm your reservation
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal
  • You can pay using your PayPal account or a credit/debit card
  • A confirmation will be sent after successful payment

2.2 Event Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through PayPal:

  • PayPal account balance
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal Credit (where available)

2.3 Event Refund Policy

For event reservations, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellation by User: Users may cancel their event reservation up to 10 full business days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Golf Pro-Me: If we cancel an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend the event without prior cancellation will not result in a refund.

2.4 How to Request an Event Refund

To request a refund for an event:

  1. Log into your Golf Pro-Me account
  2. Go to "My Events" in your dashboard
  3. Find the event and click "Cancel Reservation"
  4. If within the refund window, your refund will be processed automatically
  5. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

2.5 Payment Security

Your payment security is our priority:

  • All payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment system
  • Golf Pro-Me never stores your full credit card information
  • PayPal Buyer Protection may apply to eligible purchases
  • All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL

3. Disputes

For Private Lessons: Payment disputes must be resolved directly between Students and Pros. Golf Pro-Me is not a party to these transactions.

For Events: If you have a dispute regarding an event payment, please contact us first at info@thekkaeb.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may also file a claim through PayPal's Resolution Center.
